Active Keying Set used to insert/delete keyframes

Type :KeyingSet
active_index

Current Keying Set index (negative for ‘builtin’ and positive for ‘absolute’)

Type :int in [-inf, inf], default 0
new(name="KeyingSet", absolute=True, insertkey_needed=False, insertkey_visual=False)

Add a new Keying Set to Scene.

Parameters:
  • name (string, (optional)) – Name, Name of Keying Set
  • absolute (boolean, (optional)) – Absolute, Keying Set defines specific paths/settings to be keyframed (i.e. is not reliant on context info)
  • insertkey_needed (boolean, (optional)) – Insert Keyframes - Only Needed, Only insert keyframes where they’re needed in the relevant F-Curves.
  • insertkey_visual (boolean, (optional)) – Insert Keyframes - Visual, Insert keyframes based on ‘visual transforms’.
Returns:

Newly created Keying Set.
