Here you can find things about bringing Blender Game Player to the big screen. Ranging from a single screen PC setup without stereo (even regular Blender) to Movie Theatre sized screen with stereo projection, one shall be able to use the same code!

This will start off as a spare time project. Since I still see the people from the VR group at SARA (my former employer, http://www.sara.nl) and I can still use their facilities, it would be a shame not to use these unique toys!
A paper has been written about a project that I started at SARA (has a reference to me @ NaN ;).
The project was started since I always thought that it must be possible to run VR applications
(including tracking and stereo projection) on commodity PC hardware, instead of using expensive
SGI (super)computers.
It turned out that this is indeed possible: at SARA they now have a setup with tracking and stereo
projection that is driven by PC hardware that you can buy in every regular computer store. And even
nicer: simulations run much smoother on a standard PC than on an SGI Onyx2... ;) You can get a copy here.
A small document that describes my ideas about multi processing. IMO this is not only necessary for VR but very powerful for 'regular' simulations. You can find it here.
Made a separate page that contains interesting links about VR, and (ofcourse) in relation to games.
