Updating OpenAL for windows

Retrieve new OpenAL sources from loki:

> setenv CVSROOT :pserver:guest@cvs.lokigames.com:/cvs
> cvs co openal

Search for all Visual C++ project files. Convert them to dos text:

foreach i (`find . -print |& grep -i '\.ds'`)
  echo $i
  to_dos $i $i
end

Compile from Visual C++ (debug and / or release)

Compile blender and test.

copy object files:

cp ./Alc/Debug/ALc.obj ~/develop/lib/windows/openal/lib/alc/debug/
cp ./Alc/Release/ALc.obj ~/develop/lib/windows/openal/lib/alc/
cp ./ALUT/Debug/ALut.obj ~/develop/lib/windows/openal/lib/alut/debug/
cp ./ALUT/Release/ALut.obj ~/develop/lib/windows/openal/lib/alut/
cp ./Alu/Debug/ALu.obj ~/develop/lib/windows/openal/lib/alu/debug/
cp ./Alu/Release/ALu.obj ~/develop/lib/windows/openal/lib/alu/
cp ./OpenAL32/Debug/*.obj ~/develop/lib/windows/openal/lib/OpenAL32/debug/
cp ./OpenAL32/Release/*.obj   ~/develop/lib/windows/openal/lib/OpenAL32/

and commit
