Add two edge loops on either side of selected loops.

Create new geometry by extruding and rotating.

Create new geometry by duplicating and rotating.

Flatten angles of selected vertices.

Slide edge along a face.

- Shrink/Flatten
Shrink selected vertices along their normals.
- Push/Pull
Push or pull (scale) selected elements.

Move vertices outwards in a spherical shape around object center.
