When in Edit Mode, curves have special overlays to control how curves are displayed in the 3D Viewport.

Handles

Toggles the option to display the Bézier handles.

Normals(法線、ノーマル)

Toggles the display of the curve normals.

Normal Size

Length of the axis that points the direction of the normal.
